Sedrick speaks at St. Augustine

Sedrick presented to St. Augustine High School in San Diego, CA today. He met with French students and the International Rescue Committee’s (IRC) Ambassadors Club on campus and shared about the life of refugees in Uganda. YARID received generous support through donations made by teachers and students as well. Special thanks to Madame Allen and Madame Carson for opening their classrooms for the event.

“Who was going to help me? Nobody, so I decided to help others!” It is precisely what Sedrick did in the refugee camp in Kampala and is still doing today. Sedrick is the most selfless person I have ever met. He deserves all of our help in his endeavor. You are an inspiration to all of us!
